Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept all major local and international insurance companies for direct billing. For those without direct billing, we’ll help prepare reimbursement claim forms.
Where are you located?
We’re in Dubai Healthcare City, within walking distance of the Dubai Healthcare City Metro station. Our building and clinic are wheelchair accessible.
What are your working hours?
We’re open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 10 PM.
What is your cancellation policy?
We don’t charge for cancelling appointments, and there’s no fee for registration.
Do you offer video consultations?
Yes, video consultations are available.
What does the first consultation include?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive clinical evaluation, and in many cases, a radiology assessment. We’ll also explain a clear treatment plan.
How long is the waiting time?
Our waiting time is minimal, and we aim to ensure no delays for our patients.
What about emergencies?
For emergencies, we advise visiting a hospital emergency unit first. After stabilization, we’ll prioritize your appointment to continue care.
Do you explain treatments and medications?
Yes, we follow all regulatory standards, clearly explaining medications, doses, side effects, and treatment risks and benefits before proceeding.
Can I bring family or friends?
Of course! We welcome all family members and friends. If a dental appointment is needed, we recommend booking in advance to avoid delays.
Is parking available?
Yes, there are multiple parking options:
- Outdoor parking next to Life Pharmacy in the building – free for 3 hours.
- Underground parking – free for 1 hour.
- Ample RTA parking spaces around the building.
